Macbook air m1 sudden freez issue

Yesterday we receive macbook air m1 with sudden freezing issue. macbook freez while using or in idle state. some time its works fine when browsing or working on some apps. first we tried following instructions to find exact issue.

Last step is hardware diagnosis, some time its trackpad that detect keyboard, if trackpad not working or short then keyboard also not works until trackpad replaced. also check trackpad cable, some time problem solved by replacing cable only.
