Press and hold Volume Down and Power buttons together.
Release the keys when Android Logo screen appear.
Press Volume Down key once to show recovery menu.
With volume down key select Wipe data/factory reset and press Power key to confirm.
Select Yes---delete all user data and press power to confirm.
