Unlock Pattern Lock On Video A15 smartphone

Power off mobile or remove battery and insert again.
Press and hold Volume Down and Power buttons together.
Release the keys when Android Recovery Logo appear.
Touch Home key once to show recovery menu.

With volume down key select Wipe data/factory reset and press Option key to confirm.

Select Yes---delete all user data and press Option to confirm.
