If you face problems like pattern lock forgotten, the phone hangs on logo and slow processing then here is method to solve these problems. This method is called hard reset or factory restore. Take these steps to solve above mentioned problems.
Long press power key to switch off phone.
Now Hold together Volume Up and Power key for a while.
You can release held keys when you see an Android icon.
Then use Volume buttons to select "wipe data/factory reset" and tap the Power button to confirm.
Afterwards choose "yes" from the menu, and accept it with Power button.
When a Recovery Mode appears again on the screen accept option "reboot system now" using Power rocker.
Operation successful! Very Good!
