Here is a method to unlock the pattern lock of Sony xperia c without Google account by hard reset method. You can hard reset you Sony Xperia C by hardware keys. Please be careful while hard reset and take full backup of you data.
1.Power off your phone
2.Press and hold volume up+ Down +power button, when android logo appear press camera key
3.Select with volume keys "wipe data/factory reset" and press power to confirm
4.Select "yes" and press power to confirm
5.Wait until format ends
6.Press power key to confirm "reboot"
7.Wait until the phone restarts
